The Charles E. Hamlen Performing Arts Award will be presented to a rising sophomore student of the arts who demonstrates the much-admired characteristics that Charlie possessed (character, dedication, friendship, generosity) and who also has the desire and potential to pursue a career in the performing arts. The Karr Parker, Jr. Summer Grant allows Nichols students to participate in a service opportunity or unpaid internship over the summer in an area related to their interest without feeling the obligation to forgo that interest because of the need to earn money. Students in grades 9-11 are eligible to apply for this grant. Click here for more information.
