Early Action

A non-binding option for Grade 9 applicants who are ready to make Nichols a priority in their school search.

Applications open: September 14
Application deadline: December 1
Decisions released: December 5
Enrollment deadline: December 19

Regular Decision
Regular Decision applications for Grades 5–12 open October 1, 2026.

Applications open: October 1
Application deadline: December 15
Financial aid deadline: December 15
Decision date: January 21

Applying for Need-Based Financial Aid

The financial aid process is separate from the admissions application, but both can be completed at the same time. Named scholarships and merit-based awards are also available for eligible students and are considered through the admissions process.

Families applying through Grade 9 Early Action should submit financial aid materials by December 1, 2026.

Families applying through Regular Decision should submit financial aid materials by December 15, 2026.
