Boys Varsity Soccer Coach

Nichols School is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our boys' Varsity Soccer program for the upcoming 2026 season. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a skilled tactician, but also a dedicated mentor and "teacher of the game" committed to the holistic development of student-athletes.

• Experienced: Proven coaching success at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Character-Driven: A strong role model who fosters a culture of sportsmanship, discipline, and academic excellence.
• Strategic: Able to lead all aspects of the program, from technical training and gameday management to long-term player development.
