Darius Pridgen Recording “Power to the People” Episode at Nichols School

Nichols School is excited to host Darius Pridgen, President of the Buffalo Common Council and senior pastor of True Bethel Baptist Church, on Friday, December 10.

Pridgen will be recording an episode of his “Power to the People” radio show on campus from 12-1 p.m. Members of the Nichols community will be featured on the episode and will share their perspectives on school culture, campus life, and growing a stronger community amid the COVID crisis.

Pridgen joined Nichols Upper School for a virtual presentation in February 2021 to commemorate Black History Month. That presentation covered topics including racial equity, driving change in society, and how young people can have a voice in the local community.
