The Boys Soccer team had a successful season finishing #2 in the small school poll. Of their nine wins, eight were shutouts including Canisius twice. Exciting non-league wins came over Starpoint, Hamburg & City Honors. The Monsignor Martin League semi-finals were an exciting 2-0 win over Canisius, after the teams had split in the regular season. Unfortunately, the Vikings fell short in the league finals, 1-0 to St. Joe’s. Camden Christian ’24 and Jakob Sacher ’24 were named 1st Team All-WNY, Monsignor Martin Division A-All-Catholic and Co-Most Valuable Players of the team. Tommy Maidment ’24 was also named Monsignor Martin Division A - All-Catholic and received the Coaches Award. Joe Smith ’24 and Jonah Walh ’24 were the Most Improved Players. Joe Thompson ’24 received the 110% award. Christian, Maidment and Sacher were also selected to the WNY Exceptional Senior All-Star game. The eleven seniors will be missed! Thank you for your time and talent.
